Jen is a graduate of the University of Oregon, a small business owner, a long-time member of the McMinnville Downtown Association, and a realtor for the last 10 years. Jen has terrific experience in business, marketing, and helping buyers and sellers negotiate. She is extremely hard-working and passionate about meeting her client’s needs.

Susan retired in 2022 from a long career as an elementary school teacher in the McMinnville School District. She enjoyed working with families to support positive outcomes for her students and loves seeing generations of her “kids” around town.
After retiring, Susan took her love of homes and real estate to the next level and joined Baker Street Real Estate. She is proud to be part of a seasoned team that loves helping people navigate the home buying and selling processes as much as she does.

After retiring from a fulfilling career in education, Joyce transitioned to real estate with Baker Street Real Estate in 2025.
Before entering real estate, Joyce’s career was rooted in education. She served as the High School Librarian at Kubasaki High School in Okinawa, Japan, and as a librarian in the McMinnville School District.
With her deep connections to McMinnville, Joyce now brings commitment to service and personal connection to her role as a broker, continuing to help others find their place in the world.
